We support productions with the practical, repeatable tasks that keep a show running: employing crew through Island TV Holdings where required, administering payroll, capturing timesheets, and coordinating the information flow between production and finance.

1. Crew employment and payroll administration

Island TV Holdings can act as the employing entity for crew engaged on Isle of Man-based productions, subject to your approval of hires, rates, engagement dates, and terms. We prepare and issue employment contracts and onboarding documentation, collect and review timesheets, process payroll calculations, and administer payslips and payroll records for your production.

This includes processing wages, statutory deductions and employer liabilities, approved expenses, and agreed kit rentals, and making the required payroll remittances to the Isle of Man authorities on your behalf.

2. Timesheets, expenses, and kit rentals

We work to your agreed production format and payroll cycle to collect and process crew timesheets, approved expense claims, and kit rental documentation. Our role is to help ensure that the inputs to payroll are accurate, documented, and delivered on time so that crew are paid correctly and your production reporting stays clean.

3. Payroll reporting and compliance support

Island TV Holdings maintains the payroll and supporting records needed for routine compliance, reconciliation, and audit support in relation to Isle of Man payroll processing. We provide payroll summaries, payslips, and records in line with your reporting requirements, and work with your production team to keep a clear audit trail.

4. Production administration and coordination

Alongside payroll, we provide administrative and coordination support to help incoming projects integrate smoothly with the Isle of Man environment. This includes keeping approvals, crew information, documentation, and communication organised between producers, production managers, and departments, so that administrative tasks support the pace of production rather than slow it down.

5. Project planning and development support

Island TV Holdings can support productions at project development or early planning stage with project plans, budget breakdowns, and agreed additional services. Under our project development agreements, we prepare a project plan including budget breakdown for a fixed per‑project fee, with further services available on an hourly basis where required.
