Who we are

Island TV Holdings Limited is a production support company based on the Isle of Man, focused on providing administrative, payroll, and coordination services for screen productions working on the island. We act as a local partner for producers and production companies who need a trusted entity to employ crew, run payroll, and keep administrative and financial processes organised.

How we work

We operate as an independent service provider, not as a partner or co‑producer, and can work from project-to-project under clear written terms. Our agreements set out scope of services, compensation, confidentiality, data handling, and dispute resolution, with Isle of Man law governing performance of the services.

We believe in keeping processes transparent for both the production company and the crew: rates and terms are pre‑approved, documentation is issued on or before the first day of employment as required under Isle of Man law, and crew payments are released promptly once production funds are received.
